With two adult children who operate small businesses, small business is in my blood. I’ve worked in companies of all sizes including large firms such as E.I. DuPont, Shell Chemical, Hysol, and others. Bill was also co-founder of a small marketing agency.
Bill has served in leadership positions including Vice President, Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, Tax, Business Continuity, Technology, Cost Control, and Affirmative Action. I have consulted numerous small companies and have served on corporate boards and committees.
Running a business is both mentally and emotionally demanding. Balancing business, family, and life is daunting. As a licensed executive coach and professional life coach with a background in leadership training and executive development, I am uniquely qualified to further assist executives in navigating life while becoming the powerhouse their businesses demand. More significantly, they will be able to recapture time and enrich their personal lives.

Bill notices a particular irony in the relationship between big and small firms. Both major corporations and small business owners aspire to emulate the success of entrepreneurs.
Bill came to the conclusion that the only way to escape this unsatisfying circumstance was to pursue his passion as an entrepreneur after years of feeling imprisoned and constrained by company politics and restrictive settings, which dominate most of the US corporate culture. The launch of NextReign took place in September 2022.
As a writer, executive coach, life coach, and leadership trainer, working with MBA students, youth sports programs and volunteer work I did something scary but rewarding by starting a small business consulting firm to focus on helping struggling entrepreneurs. Knowing they would not be well-funded.
We are a bootstrap startup ourselves but with the experience and business know-how that entrepreneurs lack. An added value is we have executive and life coaching experience to help entrepreneurs to further their goals.
Our primary mission when we set up NextReign was to stoke the passion of the entrepreneurial spirit that big businesses long for and help entrepreneurs get to the next stage. And that is still our biggest mission today.
